Wailing Caverns

So, my last catch-up post is from my trip to the Wailing Caverns. I again answered the call from a guild member who was looking for someone to run through the instance with him. He was a 20 +, but had done the instance before.



So, we met in Ratchet and I rode over, while he ran. We made it without incident and made our way inside. I would follow him until we found mobs at which point I would take the lead and clear the area. He only died once in the very beginning while I was looting a body, but after this we were fine.



We ran through the instance fairly quickly, but it wasn’t a straight run through to the bosses. Regardless, he pretty much knew where he was going and I was able to blast through the bosses pretty quickly. With this being the same lvl 17-20 type instance as Deadmines, we did it just as quick with the two of us since we were both on the same page.

After beating all of the 7 sub-bosses, we made our way back to the Disciple of Naralex who we guarded on his way to the summoning post. After fighting off a couple of ways of mobs, we finally got the final boss.



So, this giant Murloc comes cruising out of the water and you have to put the beat down on him to finish the quest. Together, we were able to take down this guy without much problem, but it was great to see this insanely big murloc come cruising out of the water for you.

After you beat him, the Disciple and Naralex turn into owls and fly away. At this point, we made our way out of the instance and then out of the cave where we thanked each other and parted ways. All that was left for me was a long flight back to Feralas before logging off for the night.
